Six months before we could resume in-person events, we strategically repositioned ourselves from primarily being a kids’ party planner to focusing on broader event management services. Our team dedicated time and effort to enhance our online visibility by optimizing our website and content to rank higher for “event management in Singapore” and other relevant keywords. This approach allowed us to tap into new markets, attract diverse clients, and prepare ourselves for a strong comeback as the market reopened.
