Challenges
Many established brands have a long history in Singapore. The client is a new entrant to the Singapore market. The competition for SEO and SEM in SERPs is extremely competitive against other businesses in the industry.
Solutions
We began by auditing the website and Google ads account. We discovered that there were a lot of duplications in the title and meta description. Some of the titles and duplicates are inapplicable.
All of the service pages and entries were optimised with the proper keyword emphasis, as well as an internal linking schema. The right keyword emphasis was also used on the Google My Business listing. The backlinks strategy was also used to increase website authority.
We also launch new ads using PMAX in Google ads. Weekly optimization on their Google ads and shifting their ads budget around.
We also came out with a content planner with the correct keywords to help increase the exposure to the business’ target.
Results
The client's website rankings improved for all major haircare keyword phrases in SERPs. The organic traffic to the website also increased significantly.
